Mediterranean Chicken and Vegetable Bake

The Mediterranean Diet has been selected as the best diet of 2019 by the U.S. News and World Report. It is high in fruits and vegetables, focuses on healthy fats, and incorporates whole grains into meals. I love the mediterranean style of eating because it doesn't promote restriction and focuses on incorporating more vegetables. If you're wanting to add more mediterranean inspired meals into your lifestyle, check out this easy chicken and vegetable dish!
