One of the easiest breakfasts you can make if you're on the go is a smoothie. My sister makes them almost every morning and this is her go to recipe. It can be sipped from a cup on the go, or eaten in a bowl if you have time to sit down and eat! If you'd like to bump up the protein content add 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or protein powder!
Ingredients:
1 banana
1/2 cup frozen berries
1 big handful of spinach
1/2 to 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk depending on how much liquid you prefer
-Optional Toppings-
1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut
3 sliced strawberries
1 Tbsp Chia seeds
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender
Blend until fully mixed
Pour into serving container
Add optional toppings
